We build every trailer to last — but if something isn't right, we want to know about it. Our warranty program reflects the confidence we have in our craftsmanship and our commitment to standing behind every build that leaves our shop.
5 Years
Structural Warranty
We stand behind the bones of every build. The main frame, structural welds, and chassis are covered for five years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
2 Years
Interior & Cabinetry
Custom cabinetry, subflooring, wall panels, and interior finishes are warranted for two years against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
1 Year
Electrical & Plumbing
All electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and installed fixtures are covered for one year. This includes lighting, outlets, water lines, and drain systems installed by Northwind.
Manufacturer Warranty
Appliances & Components
Appliances, HVAC units, and third-party components carry the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you navigate any manufacturer claim and coordinate service on your behalf.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications made after delivery, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage from road debris, weather, or improper storage is also excluded.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
